Favorite family tradition? Whenever a big accomplishment happens within the family, my mom and I make a Jordanian dish called Mansaf. Imagine this: a huge silver platter, ripped up small pieces of pita bread on the bottom of the platter with yellow rice and large pieces of lamb (beef or chicken as a substitute) on top with a tasty yogurt sauce, parsley, and fried pine nuts (friend almonds are a cheaper alternative as well).

Go to breakfast? I usually have eggs, toast, cheese and strawberries! With water of course.

Midnight snack? Nutella and crunchy peanut butter on toast seems to be the only thing I crave for some reason

Who inspires you? My mom because she always fulfills everyone else's needs before hers and goes the extra mile at times to do what needs to be done for my brothers and I.

Who's the last person you gave a hug to? "You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams." by Dr. Seuss.
